FAWSsit™ Portable Showers Warranty – Limited warranty after product registration

  1. What is the Coverage Period
    1. Five (5) years on the frame (after product registration)
    2. One year on all other components (after product registration)
    3. Initial warranty 90 days after purchase
    4. Warranties apply from the date of the original invoice, whether or not repairs or replacements are provided during the warranty period.
    5. No representative or person other than Care Giver Support Products, LLC is authorized to assume for us any other warranty in connection with the sale of this product.
  2. What is covered under the Limited Warranty during the warranty term
    1. All parts defective in material or workmanship. If, during the warranty period, the product appears as though it may be defective, call our Toll Free number (1-877-329-7748). If the product is then alleged to be defective, you will be advised to send it to our Service Center. You will be given shipping instructions when you call the number listed above. Product under warranty, which upon receipt by Care Giver Support Products, LLC is determined to be defective in materials and/or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Care Giver Support Products option at no cost to you and will be returned. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts at Care Giver Support Products option. Be sure to include a description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.
    2. The limited warranty does NOT cover the following:
      1. A defect that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture to any component, improper storage, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification.
      2. Any damage caused when repairs have been attempted or made by others.
      3. Any labor charges for dismantling or re-installing of a repaired or replaced unit.
      4. Any product which no longer has a label bearing the serial number, or which has a label which has been defaced.
    3. This warranty is transferrable.
  3. Who pays shipping charges
    1. For warranty repairs or replacements Care Giver Support Products will pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced unit. For pumps, Care Giver Support Products requires the return of the defective pump and will pay for return shipping.

FAWSsit™ Portable Showers Sales Return Policy

  1. Buyer may return the unused FAWSsit™ Shower in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee (based on model, $350 for R3000 Recliner model, $250 for all other models) will be assessed. Buyer pays return shipping.
  2. Buyer may return the used FAWSsit™ Shower in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee (based on model, $850 for R3000 Recliner model, $600 for all other models) will be assessed. Buyer pays return shipping.

FAWSsit™ Portable Showers Rentals Return Policy

  1. Rental agreements are a commitment for a minimum of 12 months.
  2. Renter may return the unused FAWSsit™ Shower in the original packaging within 30 days of rental. A restocking fee (based on model, $350 for R3000 Recliner model, $250 for all other models) will be assessed. Renter pays return shipping.
  3. Renter may return the used FAWSsit™ Shower in the original packaging within 30 days of rental. A restocking fee (based on model, $850 for R3000 Recliner model, $600 for all other models) will be assessed. Renter pays return shipping.
  4. FAWSsit™ Showers may be returned after the first 12 monthly or 26 bi-weekly payments without any further obligation. Customer pays return shipping.
  5. FAWSsit™ Showers may be returned after 24 monthly payments or 52 bi-weekly payments without any further obligation. Care Giver Support Products pays return shipping.

FAWSsit™ Portable Showers Rentals Terms and Conditions

  1. The FAWSsit™ Shower is the property of Care Giver Support Products. Renter will return the mobility equipment in the same condition as when received.
  2. Care Giver Support Products shall not be liable or responsible for the loss or damage to any property damaged by Renter, its agents, servants, or employees, or any other person using the FAWSsit™ Shower, whether before or after the return there of Care Giver Support Products. Renter assumes all risk of such loss or damage and waives all claims against Care Giver Support Products by reason thereof and Renter agrees to hold Care Giver Support Products harmless from and to defend and indemnify Care Giver Support Products against all claims based upon or arising out of such loss or damage.
  3. The additional conditions outlined above have been reviewed and accepted as part of this agreement.
  4. In the event of damage, loss, theft, or destruction of the FAWSsit™ Shower, renter is responsible for the FAWSsit™ Shower and will compensate Care Giver Support Products for the balance of 36 payments (based on model) upon demand.
  5. If any provisions hereof or the application of any provisions to any person or circumstance is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder hereof and the applications of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall remain valid and enforceable.
