Extended warranty is transferable once if you decide to sell, donate or give the shower away as long as FAWSsit™ is notified.

What is an extended warranty?

It is a shower service contract that covers the cost of unexpected repairs and replacement of parts after the included warranty expires.

Can I buy and extended warranty after purchase?

No. Extended warranty is only available at the time of original shower purchase.

What is included in the extended warranty?

The warranty extends the original included warranty to extend coverage of the fram by 5 years (extending to 10 years total) and other parts by 2 years (extending to 3 years total).

Is the extended warranty transferable?

Yes. The extended warranty is transferable once with the following requirements: The original purchaser must notify the manufacturer Care Giver Support Products via email (info@cgsp.net) within 2 weeks of the sale and provide the following information: 6 digit pump serial number affixed to the pump, sellers name, address, phone number and email address. Purchasers name, address, phone number and email address. Upon receipt of this information, Care Giver Support Products will issue a guarantee certificate to the purchaser documenting coverage and remaining time span of the transferred guarantee.
